Expositor's Bible: The Book of Isaiah, Volume II

by George Adam Smith

Expositor’s Bible: The Book of Isaiah, Volume II, is part of the original fifty volumes known as The Expositor’s Bible edited by W. Robertson Nicoll. This commentary on the book of Isaiah is the work of George Adam Smith. This volume is an expository on Isaiah 40 through 66. As Smith states in his introduction, his methodology in this volume is to address some of the “large” spiritual questions as they relate to the Exile, God’s deliverance and restoration of His people and mankind’s response of Service. Indexes to the chapters and subjects are included at the end of the work.
