Are We Living in the Last Days?

Do you read any of the news? The Gaza Strip has been taken over by Hamas, the militant Islam group. The president of Iran has vowed to wipe out Jews and Christians and talks about the return of the Mahdi, the second coming of their prophet. If you read Matthew 24 where Jesus talks about the signs of the last days, many things have been fulfilled or are being fulfilled. Perhaps you believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of the church, or not? What does it matter but that we are ready like the wise virgins in the parable of the foolish and wise virgins? We must ask ourselves "What am I doing today that will have eternal value and make me a useful vessel for my Master, Jesus Christ?" Perhaps you are like I once was, many times 'caught up with the cares of this world'. Then one day I prayed 'do whatever it takes, Lord, to make me on fire for you again.' The Lord was faithful to answer my prayer in a way I never expected. My prayer is that I have challenged you to wake up and seek God's perfect will, or maybe even to be bold enough to pray the Lord will do 'whatever it takes' in your life to make you on fire for Jesus!

Rapture/NOT

People,
Do not be deceived, there is NO scriptural basis for the doctrine of a rapture-THERE IS, HOWEVER, PLENTY OF proof that those that endure TILL THE END will be saved:
Matthew 13:37-43

He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked [one];The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Matthew 13:47-50

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

These are just 2 examples of the overwelming truth that we will not be "raptured" out of this planet. notice the Lord says at the END of the world, not once did the Lord or Paul for that matter ever speak of a "rapture"
