I read your story and had to share something. My Grandfather raised me while my Dad was overseas in Korea. My Grandfather was a mechanical engineer and a very good teacher.
In Grade Five I had my left hand beat bloody for doing Calculus equations on the back of my Multiply/Divide test paper. After that, I hated Mathematics, and would not do anymore that it took to get through the course. It was my first year in college a professor came up to me and told me that I had been abused by a math teacher, probably in elementary school. That had to be a word from God. Have you ever seen a grown man cry?

He worked with me over the rest of that school year. I retired years later from one the nations top engineering colleges. One person in a person’s life has more effects than we can imagine, and one person sent by God can heal more that we can imagine.
