Hello,

I'm an Orthodox Christian currently working on my MA in Art History and Archaeology. I have my BA in Religious Studies as well as Classical & Near-Eastern Archaeology. Once I finish my MA this spring, I hope to get my M.Div at an Orthodox seminary. I am not a "cradle" Orthodox Christian, rather I was raised Methodist and also spent a short time in a Baptist church. I can read Greek and I believe studying scripture in the ancient languages is important. Besides archaeology, my other interests include liturgics, patristics, Byzantine art history (architecture and iconography), and Eastern hymnography.

Cheers.

---
Dustin

By sending down upon them the Holy Spirit
Through them You drew the world into Your net
O Lover of Man, Glory to You!" -Pentecost Troparion
