Ezra 10:19-20,A Trespass Offering is Presented by The Priests

In the first verse of our reading we find The Priests promise to put away their foreign wives and children and they present an offering of a ram for their trespass against G-d's Law(Leviticus 6:5-6, concerning Burnt Offerings).

Jewish Law does provide for conversion to foreign seekers but it was not even mentioned here in Ezra.

Ezra was seeking out G-d's way of dealing with the problem and for The Jewish Community, preservation of The Jewish Seed to always be Jewish at this place in the History of The Jewish People.

So lets read the next two verses of Ezra 10,

V19 And they gave their promise that they would put away their wives; and [being] guilty, [they presented] a ram of the flock as their trespass offering.
V20 Also of the sons of Immer: Hanani and Zebadiah;

Now the story changes from priests to temple workers. Still Ezra offers only one direction for the People to go and that is not conversion her aether.

One interesting point that is brought out in Matthew Henry's Commentary on this part of Chapter 10 is; The Priest job was to point to The Laws of Torah, but they were the ones who broke The Laws and caused many more to follow this wrong path of sinning against G-d. But when their sin was found out, they were also the first to repent and seek forgiveness from G-d by an oath and with hands lifted up they presented their offering to atone for their sin.
