1 Corinthians 3:15 -but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire

De Maria's picture

For Catholics the answer is Purgatory.

What is the answer for Protestants?

1 Corinthians 3:15
If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Yes I did read the verses again & the nonsensical interpretation

I am waiting for something more concrete than the verses posted so far. I have demonstrated separately the verses do not support either either temporal sin or purgatory. Would you have us to accept that the sum total of the 4 passages says what none of the passages imply, simply because some early church fathers (fallible human beings) might have said so?
