In the Order of Worship/Service, what is essential?

I thought I'd throw this thought out into the light of day. In our various church backgrounds, what do you consider as essential in your Order of Worship and what parts are secondary (indifferent) or to say, may help and not harm a Worship Service?

What is the main reason you attend church?

TOP PRIORITY:
1. PRAYER...FOR LEADERSHIP OF HOLY SPIRIT DURING THE
WORSHIP SERVICE; ESPECIALLY THE PASTOR OR SPEAKER
2. JESUS WILL BE LIFTED UP [EXALTED]
3. LOST SOULS WILL BE SAVED
4. SPIRIT OF LOVE & UNITY
5. BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS WILL GROW SPIRITUALLY
6. WORD OF GOD [BIBLE] WILL BE THE MAIN FOCUS OF EVERYONE
7. MAN'S OPINIONS & COMMENTARY WILL BE AT A MINIMUM
