In the Order of Worship/Service, what is essential?

I thought I'd throw this thought out into the light of day. In our various church backgrounds, what do you consider as essential in your Order of Worship and what parts are secondary (indifferent) or to say, may help and not harm a Worship Service?
What is the main reason you attend church?

I like the freedom and that without rigidness, to be a part of a Community of Saints. I say Community because while in services/mass we all have the benefit of Christ in common and in real time. We experience Christ together! Both in the actions of His Word and Sacraments as well as our response of Praise, Worship and Giving.
That Community is as deep and spiritual as you make it. It can be made to become empty as well. It's all a matter of where a persons heart is at.
