In the Order of Worship/Service, what is essential?

I thought I'd throw this thought out into the light of day. In our various church backgrounds, what do you consider as essential in your Order of Worship and what parts are secondary (indifferent) or to say, may help and not harm a Worship Service?
What is the main reason you attend church?

The reason for attending church...
The only reason I attended Church was because I believed the LORD would be able to manifest in a different way when in the company of fellow believers.
Unfortunately all I found was dead tradition in one form or another practiced by men who believe they know what is essential for the Order of Worship, as if the Holy Ghost is somehow obligated to respond to our pathetic performances and traditions.
What is absolutely essential to any gathering of believers is the unfettered Presence of the Holy Spirit, in an atmosphere where He is Free to be Himself.
That will never happen as long as men continue to love their traditions and performances more than the Presence of God.
