PDF optimized for SONY Readers
I just downloaded Calvin's Institutes on PDF and I am very pleased with the appearance of the PDF on my laptop. However, because the PDF uses a page-size of 8.5x11", each page gets scrunched to unreability on the SONY's 3.57" x 4.82" screen. I'm hoping for some means of remaking the PDF optimized for the SONY Reader devices. I've managed to convert several RTFs to a form that looks almost as good as purchased books on the device. I'm volunteering to do the work of creating the PDFs if you can provide the texts in some word-processor friendly format, e.g. RTF, DOC, DOCX. I see the Institutes's markups were performed by Jon Van Hofwegen, if y'all can put me in touch with him, or get me the files he used for markups, I'd be much obliged.
Cordially,
steve

ePub Format
I am living in Germany and the Sony Reader is the only real option for an eBook reader we have. Having my book database on my computer and the ability to transfer PDFs to the device made me select the Sony Reader over the Kindl, which is still not really sold in Europe.
PDFs are readable on the Sony, but certainly do not look pretty. I use it on my job and stuck lots of laws and regulations on the reader and that works fine.
For real books I want a TOC and a better look, so I downloaded the DOC files form CCEL, did some formatting in OpenOffice and used Calibre to generate the ePub. No fancy formatting, but line and page breaks work fine and makes the reading on the Sony more pleasant.
I would volunteer to produce some ePub books for CCEL.
