Alright. Here we go--the first chapter of Revelation. Highly charged imagery, dense Jewish symbolism, intense cultural and religious pressure, and a rich history of literature collide, producing (in my opinion) the greatest spiritual vision in the Christian experience. If you can enter into this vision, you will see Christ.

hrist's position viz-a-vis Israel
Justin mentioned: "Revelation, the hidden gospel of John";
Don't get me wrong and please correct me if I am, Matthew showed Jesus as Israel's messiah and king, the son of David, testing Israel. Mark showed Jesus as the humble servant of GOD, serving Israel, the perfect workman of GOD. Luke showed Jesus in racial connotation, as son of man, contrasting from sons of men. John unveils Jesus's highest divine, glory and presents Him as the Son of GOD, not at all connected with Israel but with believers!
What I now want to know is whether Revelation is believed to be the "fifth" gospel?, because some of the points portrayed have already taken place while some are still to come?
