Alright. Here we go--the first chapter of Revelation. Highly charged imagery, dense Jewish symbolism, intense cultural and religious pressure, and a rich history of literature collide, producing (in my opinion) the greatest spiritual vision in the Christian experience. If you can enter into this vision, you will see Christ.

I agree
I agree with Grizzly, that some has happened and some has yet to happen. I also believe that you are correct Justin, when you say, that it has passed, but will be fulfilled again in the future.
The spiritual messages to the 7 churches, for example, were actual messages to the Asian churches, but can be applied to the different sects of the Body of Christ today as well. The letter of Spirit to us, is still alive, and I believe that many of us may suffer from the same failings within our churches as they did then.
I also see the book written forward, and then it back tracks. I am looking forward to sorting through the Word and getting a much keener grasp of it as a whole.
