Just who is this Easter Bunny? Where did he come from? How did he get into Christ's resurrection? Should Christian's participate? What other secular/pagan Easter practices are in Christ's Resurrection? For discussions on the Resurrection of Christ then please use the Passover thread.

All good points . . .
All good points . . . jqlogan . . .
. . . but we are in the world 'physically' . . . and not 'of' the world 'Spiritually' . . . we coming out of her . . . by avoiding Her vices and corruptions and such as that. But we cannot get out of this Life . . . so we must confront the world, in Humility and in Love.
I'm not sure where all aspects or ideas have come from for 'Worship' . . . in the Catholic Church and Faith . . .
. . . all I know is that the LORD is really Present, under the appearance of Bread and Wine . . . HE being fully Present . . . in HIS Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity . . . in the Blessed Sacrament on 'Catholic' Altars and that HE Really Resides there with us . . . in the Tabernacles on those Altars, where this Holy Sacrament is Reserved . . . throughout the whole world . . .
I may not fully 'understand' this . . . and many Cathlics may abuse this Reality . . . but I fully 'Believe' this Reality.
I also know what the Church Teaches and what She means in those Teachings . . . and whether or not Her practices are 'mimicked' elsewhere makes little difference to the Reality of what it is that She Believes and Practices when She Prays and Practices Her Liturgical and Sacramental Life.
I also know that many do not 'know' or 'Believe' or 'Trust' my Mother the Church . . . and I am sorry for them . . . that they 'get Her wrong' in their own mind and in their own understanding of things.
That is too bad for them and for us.
But it is not Her fault. It may not be the fault of those others. It may be the devil's fault.
But it is not Her fault.
CHRIST will not allow us to come to HIS Mother with 'Bad-will' on our part. We must at least be 'open' to 'hear' Her . . . and likewise . . . we must at least be 'willing' to 'hear' the Church . . . or we never will.
HE 'knocks' She 'knocks' . . . but do we allow HIM and Her 'in'?
GOD Bless us all.
