Downloading .pdf

Tried to download .pdf of Origen's work on prayer. Purchased a subscription, chose to download the .pdf. Received "download.html" file which displays an unreadable character set. Not in a usable format. I retried, and again received "download.html" containing unusable characters.

How do I download the .pdf?

Downloading PDFs

There is no penalty for downloading a book more than once. You may re-download it as many times as you like.
