Recording audio books

Hi Donald!

Thanks for your offer of narrating books for the CCEL. We have about 400,000 hours of audio downloaded a year, so your work will benefit many thousands of readers of the CCEL.

You can choose how you would like the works to be licensed, as long as we can make them available to CCEL visitors. Creative commons might make sense, but public domain would be even better.

You can find all the books we have available for download in audio format at http://www.ccel.org/index/mp3.html. You should record whatever interests you. Or, if you prefer, we could make suggestions.

You can get the proofcount recorded in our database at http://www.ccel.org/bibliography. However, you should be aware that many of the books are listed as '0' because we don't have data on how many times they've been proofed. If, as you read, you happen to see typos, it wouldn't hurt to circle them.

Thanks again for your offer of help!

Blessings,

Harry
