Books on Heresies and early church councils

I am looking for some books that clearly outline what the early heresies were and how the church worked through them. I have a pretty good understanding of Arianism and Palagialism so what I am primarily looking for are books that talk about the Donatist contraversy, Montanism, Marcianism and ones that came later on like Monotheletism
Also any good documents or books that can provide some account on the proceedings of early church councils such as Nicea, Constantinople, Calcedon..etc would be much appreciated
