Encouragement for the Lost

I am new to this forum and I really enjoy reading, posting and debating, but something is really bugging me.

Imagine if you will, that someone (not a believer) is hurting or lonely and depressed as most of the world is these days. Say they search for Christian topics online looking for answers to their problems and they find all these Christians arguing with each other about who is right and who is wrong in their religious beliefs.

I wonder who they will end up turning to for help? Will they turn to God because of what they've read (from us), or will they run in the opposite direction. Would they want to add more confusion to their lives?

Challenge: I am interested in hearing what each member of this forum would actually say to this imaginary person to help them out. Therefore, I challenge you to read God's word and respond to this post with something from within you that would make a hurting, sad, lonely, depressed, non believer want to be a part of the Body of Christ. If we do this in truth, we'll all be on the same page in this thread. I'm looking forward to it.
