"Submitted by" attribution needed in Forum section

At the present time, when a topic is chosen from the index, the original message is presented without attribution of the submitter. Every follow-up posting, however, shows "Submitted by . . . ."

It would be helpful if the "Submitted by" line were added to the original posting, as well.
