As near as I can tell from an online search, the edition you mentioned is a 2001 edition under copyright. The CCEL edition is an electronic version of a 1912 edition, which is in public domain. According to the introduction to the CCEL, a few features were lost in the process of making the electronic version, but the main text is in tact.
