That said, I am curious about one last thing while we're on the subject: in that you were able to find that alternative "older" edition of Volume 4, are you perchance also able to get the other 11 volumes in the series? Currently you have 9 of 20 (1-8, and 20).
I do appreciate that gathering and producing the content is not trivial. Just asking since you were able to get the older version (I didn't see it before, if it was already there.)
