Thanks, Carehart, for your observation and research. The work of installing our books at CCEL is done by many folks including volunteers with whom we lose contact after the years. As a result, it's often difficult to track down the types of information required to thoroughly address your post.
Worldcat (online database of book publication materials) has 49 entries for different editions of Manton's 'Epistle of James.' In addition, this book has been published numerous times as parts of other works, so I'm guessing there are almost 100 different editions to this book, and I don't have access to most of them.
Given your research and post, CCEL has decided to NOT use the book in question due to copyright concerns. The link has been removed, but users can still access an 'older' version of the book by obtaining the book through a link to Manton's "Complete Works."
