Unfortunately, one can merely read the Romanian version in .pdf (the most "comfortable version") due to incomplete file conversion. Specific Romanian letters are completely missing. However, they do exist in the Microsoft version, but it is very hard to focus on the text itself while you have to also read the tags. As for the translation itself, I couldn't actually read it and compare it with other authorized sources. What is to be done in this case?
