Biography

Robert Newton Flew was the son of a Methodist preacher and would follow in his father’s footsteps, also becoming a Methodist preacher. Born in England in the year 1886, Flew earned several scholarships and attended more than one University to flesh out his education. His passion was for unity among Christians of all denominations. He wrote several books mainly focused on the New Testament and the church. He also edited several works regarding the church and Methodism. Flew passed away in 1962.
